Innspire facilitates digital guest journey at the Statler Hotel at Cornell University | News

Innspire, a leader in digital guest engagement solutions for hotels and resorts, today announced the successful implementation of its integrated platform at The Statler Hotel at Cornell University, one of the world’s top education hotels. The implementation introduces a seamless digital guest journey (from booking to post-stay), powered by Innspire’s mobile app, AI Concierge and deep system integrations. The result is faster service, improved operational efficiency and personalized guest experiences.

Located in Ithaca, New York, The Statler Hotel is managed by Cornell University’s Nolan School of Hotel Administration and serves as a “living laboratory” for future leaders in the hospitality industry. With Innspire’s technology implemented, students will gain hands-on exposure to advanced hotel systems, including mobile guest engagement, AI-powered service automation and integrated digital operations.

“Our focus has always been on delivering exceptional, personalized service, and Innspire’s platform has become a powerful enabler of that mission,” said Arthur Keith, General Manager of The Statler Hotel at Cornell University. “By centralizing guest requests and automating routine interactions through the mobile app and AI Concierge, we improve response times and reduce operational friction. Our associates can spend less time managing systems and more time interacting directly with guests.”

Driving efficiency through integration and AI
Innspire integrates with Statler’s property management system and hotel service optimization system to orchestrate operations, automate tasks and fulfill guest requests, while the Marketplace enables in-room dining. This unified ecosystem allows Statler to streamline operations and improve the guest experience. Mobile key integration is currently underway.
