Maestro PMS, the leader in cloud-hosted, all-in-one, private cloud and on-premises property management systems for independent hotels and resorts, has announced the appointment of Adam Wilson as president of Fullsteam PMS Vertical, with a primary focus on advancing the Maestro platform. He brings extensive experience in SaaS operations, customer success and hospitality, positioning Maestro for the next phase of innovation and growth.
In this role, Wilson will work closely with the Maestro team to improve the usability of the platform, expand the integration ecosystem and deliver greater value to hotel operators navigating an increasingly data-driven and experience-driven landscape.

Before joining Fullsteam, Wilson held leadership positions at Jonas Hospitality. He has a proven track record of building and scaling high-performing teams, driving operational excellence and delivering measurable improvements in customer retention and revenue growth.
His background includes leadership roles in hospitality technology and hands-on experience as a restaurant owner, bringing a unique customer-centric perspective to the role, from optimizing lifecycle management to embedding accountability through metrics and performance frameworks.
In addition to leading Maestro, Wilson will also oversee Fullsteam’s RDP, Megasys and IQware property management solutions, which together serve a broad range of hospitality segments. Each solution will continue to operate independently while benefiting from shared innovation and strategic alignment.
Based in Toronto, Wilson will maintain a hybrid presence, including time at Maestro offices to work closely with teams and clients.
