DOUBLETREE BY HILTON WROCŁAW HOSTS MICHELIN GUIDE POLAND PRESS CONFERENCE | News

DoubleTree by Hilton Wrocław hosted the Wrocław Tourist Office in recognition of the city’s best gastronomic destinations, as announced by the Michelin Guide Poland for 2026. The Michelin Guide Poland press conference brought together nominees, Michelin recognized chefs and local authorities to celebrate Wrocław’s best gastronomic destinations.

Worldwide, the Michelin Guide reserves its ceremonies and official events for destinations that embody culinary excellence: locations where the guide’s spirit is reflected in the walls as well as on the table. DoubleTree by Hilton Wrocław has been a fixture in hospitality in the region for more than a decade and has become the city’s favorite destination for major announcements and historic cultural events.

Since opening in 2016, the hotel has become one of the city’s premier destinations for high-profile meetings, industrial milestones and cultural events, welcoming visitors to its landmark house within the iconic OVO Wrocław complex. With its sophisticated event spaces, central location and long-standing commitment to hospitality, the hotel has played an integral role in Wrocław’s evolution as an international destination, making it a fitting host for one of the most prestigious culinary celebrations in the world.

It is a distinction that feels right at home at OVO Wrocław. OVO is home to several dining experiences, including CAMPO Modern Grill, which has been recognized as a recommended restaurant in the 2026 Michelin Guide and is celebrated for its contemporary approach to open-fire cooking and high-quality regional ingredients. Guests visiting DoubleTree by Hilton Wrocław can enjoy a diverse culinary offering, from modern Polish and European cuisine at OVO Bar & Restaurant to the locally inspired flavors of Dobrze Tu, a restaurant dedicated to showcasing the wealth of Lower Silesian ingredients and regional culinary traditions through a contemporary lens. The hotel also offers immersive dining experiences year-round, including Le Petit Chef, the internationally acclaimed concept that combines 3D storytelling with seasonal cuisine.

In addition to its restaurants, OVO has established itself as a culinary and cultural meeting place through partnerships with local creative and hospitality communities, hosting a range of well-attended dining and lifestyle events, including Daybreak’s popular Italian nights on the patio. The destination’s cultural programming is further enriched by JazzOVO, the annual festival and live music series that has become one of Wrocław’s most beloved recurring events.

The press conference, organized by the Wrocław Tourist Office, brought together Michelin-nominated chefs and local civic authorities to highlight a remarkable achievement: Wrocław was added to the Michelin Guide only last year, awarding two stars within twelve months to BABA (chef Beata Śniechowska) and MOST (chef Łukasz Budzik), an extraordinary show of momentum for the city’s food culture.

As Wrocław takes its place on the world gastronomic map with its first Michelin stars, it is fitting that this moment is marked in a location that has long understood what the guide celebrates: the intersection of place, craft and the pleasure of coming together over exceptional food and drink.
