Unforgettable Croatia launches 2027 season and Michelin star added | News

Unforgettable Croatia has launched its small ship cruise program for 2027, with 136 sailings guaranteed.

The specialist luxury operator will offer twelve cruise itineraries and nine cruise and land voyages during the season, taking place from May to October on six ships. Each cruise has a maximum of 18 cabins.

The routes mainly operate between Split and Dubrovnik, along the Dalmatian coast. Ports of call include well-known favorites such as the medieval town of Trogir and Hvar, alongside lesser-known destinations such as Korčula, Vis and the national parks of Mljet and Krka. A Hidden Gems route sails along the coast between Opatija, Istria and Split, visiting stops such as Krk, Rab, Losinj and Zadar.

For the 2027 season, Unforgettable Croatia has introduced an optional, complimentary Michelin star add-on to its Signature Cruises. The operator can book Michelin star and Bib Gourmand restaurants throughout Croatia to suit guests’ sailings, such as Restaurant 360 in Dubrovnik, Pelegrini in Šibenik and LD Restaurant in Korčula. The initiative is a follow-up to the Restaurant Guide, which shows a selection of the best dining options in the destinations visited.

Graham Carter, co-founder of Unforgettable Croatia, said: “Our 2027 program showcases the very best in luxury small ship cruises. With a fleet of intimate ships, guests can explore Croatia’s best-known destinations as well as its lesser-visited islands and national parks in a more relaxing way. The complimentary addition of the Michelin-starred restaurant builds on the success of our Restaurant Guide and offers guests another way to connect with Croatian food culture during their trip.”
