Registration opens for WTM London 2026 after record-breaking event in 2025 | News

Ticket booking is now open for WTM London 2026, part of RX Global. This year’s show has been the world’s most influential travel and tourism event for almost fifty years and will build on last year’s record performance, with several new features and standout experiences being introduced to the show floor.
Taking place at Excel London from 3 to 5 November, WTM London 2026 will once again act as the premier global meeting place for travel industry professionals, stakeholders and decision makers, attracted by an extensive conference programme, extensive schedule of networking events and unparalleled business opportunities.
Last year’s show was the largest and most successful yet. A total of 182 countries were represented; The number of exhibitors increased by 5% year-on-year – mainly driven by the fast-growing Travel Tech region (+55%) – and total visitor numbers rose to 46,500. The event also welcomed 5,500 high-quality buyers (up 8% year-on-year), while the number of confirmed business meetings increased by 16% to over 40,000, helping to generate more than £2.2 billion in business deals directly attributed to WTM London.
For 2026, WTM London will charge visitor tickets from the start of the registration campaign, bringing it in line with other similar global travel events. Initially, the ticket price has been frozen at 2025 levels and will be reinvested in the event to support growth, new features and added value for attendees.
By purchasing a ticket before August 1, attendees will save 50% on daily prices and ensure they have access to the line-up of expert speakers, the full version of the WTM Global Travel Report, thousands of exhibitors from around the world and new features including the recently launched WTM Travel Tech, a joint event designed to meet increasing demand and industry growth.
After a successful debut, WTM TrendFest returns in 2026 and takes a more prominent position at the heart of the show, while WTM TV returns bigger and bolder, with bigger screens and greater visibility on the show floor to ensure key moments are truly unmissable.
WTM London will also unveil a refreshed conference program for 2026, introducing a new stage format alongside the return of its most established features. This year’s theme for the content is Resilience, Rebound and Reinvention: The Next Era of Global Travel.
New for 2026 is the WTM Wanderlust Headliner Stage, organized and curated by WTM’s official consumer media partner Wanderlust, bringing a more outward-looking perspective to the program.
Speakers for the Wanderlust Headliner Stage were also announced today and include:
