Paradigm Hires Former WME Talent Agent Elizabeth Wiederseim

Talent agent Elizabeth Wiederseim has found a new home at Paradigm, Variety only learned.

Wiederseim was previously an agent at WME, but faced a round of layoffs at that agency in March. She will be based in Paradigm’s LA office. Many of the clients she represented at WME are expected to follow her into her new role.

“We are thrilled to welcome Elizabeth to Paradigm. She brings a rare combination of sharp creative instincts, deep client relationships and a reputation for advocacy that perfectly aligns with our culture,” said Andrew Ruf, Managing Partner of Paradigm. “As we continue to grow our talent division, the addition of Elizabeth represents a meaningful step forward, and we look forward to the impact she will have on both our clients and our team.”

Prior to her time at WME, Wiederseim spent more than a decade with Gersh as a talent agent in both New York and Los Angeles. She began her career at Innovative Artists, followed by a stint at Don Buchwald and Associates.

She represented stars such as Colman Domingo during his Oscar, BAFTA and Golden Globe nominations for his performance in “Rustin,” as well as Leo Woodall, Will Brill and Nate Mann. She was mentioned by name Variety‘s Power of Women in Hollywood in 2024.
