ITB Asia 2026: debut of new experience zones and tours under the theme ‘Experiences in Motion’ | News

ITB Asia 2026 returns to the Sands Expo & Convention Center in Singapore from October 21 to 23, 2026, co-located with MICE Show Asia and Travel Tech Asia. The event is expected to welcome more than 18,000 participants, more than 1,500 quality buyers, more than 1,000 exhibitors and more than 160 speakers from the global travel and tourism sector over three days.
Under the theme ‘Experiences in Motion: Human-Centred Design in Travel & Tourism’, the 2026 edition will reflect the industry’s continued shift towards experience-driven travel, greater personalization and the increasing integration of technology throughout the traveler’s journey.

New experience zones to showcase fast-growing travel segments
In response to changing traveler demands and emerging industry trends, ITB Asia 2026 will introduce new Experience Zones dedicated to gastronomy tourism, wellness tourism and adventure tourism, designed to provide targeted visibility and create targeted business opportunities for exhibitors operating in fast-growing travel segments. The new Experience Pavilion, powered by Tripadvisor, will highlight the growing importance of experiential travel and provide a dedicated platform for exhibitors to inspire, engage and connect.
Curated Guided Tours debut on ITB Asia
For the first time, ITB Asia will launch curated tours designed to connect buyers with targeted exhibitors across key sectors. The tours are intended to facilitate the structured discovery of exhibitors and create more targeted networking opportunities on the show floor, allowing buyers to maximize their time on site and connect directly with exhibitors aligned with their business objectives.

The show floor will feature a diverse, global line-up of key industry players. Confirmed exhibitors include tourism and travel companies such as Tourism Fiji and Turespaña, both new to ITB Asia 2026, as well as Booker Travel, Crossing Vietnam Tours, Go Galapagos, In Tours Portugal, Tourgreece, Towns of Italy and Thames River Sightseeing.
