American Airlines is redefining the premium lounge experience with significant upgrades to dining in the Flagship® and Admirals Club® lounges. A new culinary offering provides a greater choice, a more complete meal offering and a noticeably better presentation. This reflects American’s substantial investment in creating a premium, restaurant-inspired experience for customers before they fly. The updates increase menu variety, introduce new ways to create a well-rounded meal and add premium touches that further enhance the experience for tourists and business travelers alike.

In Flagship® lounges, the enhancements further enhance the premium experience with:

Expanded Culinary Choices: A broader range of a la carte and small plates options gives travelers more flexibility in how they dine, complemented by continued improvements to our premium wine selection.
Interactive dining experiences: New action stations, including a cheesemonger’s cart, bring craftsmanship and personalization to the forefront of the travel journey.

Customers can also order from a QR code a la carte menu, with select premium dishes rotating with seasonal menu updates. Following overwhelmingly positive feedback on the a la carte scan to order options in the Philadelphia (PHL) Flagship® lounge, American has expanded this offering system-wide to all Flagship® lounges, allowing customers to order from their seats.

In Admirals Club® lounges, customers can enjoy:

More Variety More Often: An extensive, regularly updated menu offers travelers a steady rotation of new dishes prepared with frequent flyers in mind, along with an extensive premium wine selection with Veuve rosé and Caymus cabernet sauvignon available for purchase.
More to Enjoy: Two additional hot dishes make it easier to put together a more satisfying, well-rounded meal.
Enhanced Presentation: An improved charcuterie selection improves both quality and visual appeal, adding a sophisticated touch to the buffet experience.
