Aravinda joins from Sage, where as Head of the Platform Business Unit and SVP of Technology, she led a globally distributed organization spanning product, engineering and platform strategy. Her 28-year career includes leadership roles at Intuit, Ellie Mae and VeriSign, with deep expertise in SaaS architecture, AI-driven transformation and large-scale platform development. She was recently named to Channel Insider’s 2025 Top 50 AI Leaders in the Channel and is a winner of the Stevie Award, recognizing her impact in turning business AI into commercial reality.

Champa Magesh, CEO – Access Hospitality, said:
“I am pleased to welcome Aravinda to the team. Access Hospitality is rapidly evolving: unifying leading products such as Paytronix and SHR into a next-generation guest intelligence and hospitality distribution platform, building a true end-to-end ecosystem that supports operators across F&B and lodging. Our focus is on creating a single, intelligent platform that connects every part of the hospitality industry and delivers meaningful impact for operators and guests. Aravinda Gollapudi, Chief Technology Officer, Access Hospitality, said:
“The hospitality industry is at a massive inflection point where the scale of market opportunity meets the transformative power of Agentic AI. I am excited to join The Access Group to lead a platform strategy that not only automates tasks, but fundamentally reimagines how operators drive innovation.
