Demi Moore celebrates custody win in her daughter’s baby fight

The legal victory, which sets strict parenting rules for Willis and ex-boyfriend Derek Richard Thomas, comes after the 63-year-old GI Jane star filed a blistering five-page statement bashing the toddler’s father as a selfish, manipulative money-sucking slacker.

The custody battle erupted in July 2025 after Thomas accused Rumer, 37, whose father suffers from dementia Die hard hero Bruce Willis, who kept him from seeing their daughter Louetta or participating in her life.

Just days after Thomas refuted allegations of domestic violence and drug use in lawsuits filed by his ex, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Ryan D. White gave the feuding parents joint custody — with the embattled father seeing Louetta every other weekend.

However, the judge imposed strict and in some cases surprising rules to protect Louetta.

“[Derek] Nude bathing with the minor child is not permitted,” the judge’s order said. “Neither party shall post nude or semi-nude photos or videos or any likeness of nude or semi-nude photos or videos of the minor child on Instagram, social media or any public forum. All photos from these types of videos must be deleted immediately.”
