dnata Catering & Retail Singapore has commenced inflight catering services for Air Macau at Singapore Changi Airport, further expanding its long-standing partnership with Air China Group.
Under the new agreement, dnata will support Air Macau’s daily operations in Singapore, producing an estimated 54,000 meals annually in both business and economy cabins.
With the addition of Air Macau, dnata now serves all Air China Group airlines operating in Singapore – Air China, Shenzhen Airlines, Shandong Airlines and Air Macau – which together handle 5,100 flights and 580,000 meals per year for the group in Changi.
This milestone builds on an established relationship, with DNA supporting Air China for more than two decades, in addition to nearly a decade of partnerships with Shenzhen Airlines and Shandong Airlines in Singapore.
Matthew Igo Ball, Managing Director of dnata Catering & Retail Singapore, said: “Welcoming Air Macau to our portfolio further strengthens our partnership with Air China Group in Singapore. We support the group’s entire network at Changi Airport and deliver more than half a million meals annually across our operations.”
“This scale reflects the trust our partners place in our teams, and our ability to deliver consistent, high-quality inflight dining. As we continue to grow with our airline customers, our focus remains on operational excellence and menus that meet the evolving expectations of international travelers.”
dnata Catering & Retail Singapore operates from its 23,000 square meter facility at Singapore Changi Airport and provides in-flight dining and retail solutions on a large scale, producing approximately 6.5 million meals annually for more than 30 airline customers.
