JPMorgan’s alleged ‘sex slave’ doubles down with explosive new claims

The former JPMorgan banker who claimed his boss turned him into her personal slave has doubled down on his claims. RadarOnline.com can report, despite repeated denials from the female manager and the company.

Chirayu Rana’s lawsuit, which the company claims was completely fabricated, has been refiled – this time with even more allegations and witness statements.

Rana has continued his explosive lawsuit against the boss.

On Monday, Rana, who originally filed his lawsuit as “John Doe” before he was publicly unmasked, filed a new complaint in Manhattan Supreme Court. Among the new evidence was a statement from a witness who claims the boss, Lorna Hajdini, 37, propositioned him for a drunken threesome with Rana.

The new employee, who turns out to be a family friend of Rana, said he was staying in an apartment while visiting New York City and was woken up in the middle of the night by a drunk, naked Hajdini.

Hajdini reportedly sat on the couch, lit a cigarette and began begging the boyfriend to “join them” in the bedroom, using similar blackmail tactics that Rana claims she used against him, including threatening to “own” him.

He now claims that Hajdini tried to get one of his friends to have a threesome.

More witness accounts claimed that Hajdini kissed Rana’s neck in the street sometime in the summer of 2024, while also reportedly getting “handy” with him during a concert for Norwegian DJ Kygo at Barclays Center.

It was apparently all enough to haunt Rana, who said in court filings that he was diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder in October 2025, which he attributed to the alleged assaults.

His symptoms reportedly include sleep deprivation due to recurring nightmares, flashbacks related to his work, episodes of fainting and “anger dysregulation” directed at family and loved ones.

Rana claims he first sought inpatient mental health treatment in February 2025 – three months before he came forward with the sexual harassment and abuse claims against Hajdini.

Rana claimed to be suffering from PTSD after the allegations.

In June 2025, after being placed on involuntary leave, Rana said he could not sleep or eat, claimed he could not escape “hearing Hajdini’s voice” in his head and feared for his and his family’s safety amid a series of alleged threats.

A letter from Rana’s advisor, Jonathan Alpert, states that he has been treated for symptoms consistent with PTSD and related to the “work experiences at issue in this case.”

“During the treatment [Rana] has reported significant anxiety, intrusive thoughts, and increased sensitivity to exposure and perceived threat,” the letter said.

JP Morgan said an internal investigation found no evidence to support the claims.

In his first lawsuit, Rana sought damages for lost income, emotional distress and reputational damage, as well as damages and changes to the bank’s practices.

A JPMorgan spokesperson said a thorough internal investigation “found no evidence” to support the claims, and lashed out at the former employee for not even participating in the fact-finding mission.

“Following an investigation, we do not believe these claims have any merit,” the spokesperson said, blaming Rana for not doing more. “Although numerous employees cooperated with the investigation, the complainant declined to participate and refused to provide facts that would be critical to supporting his allegations.”
