Accor and Uber announce multi-market loyalty partnership | News

ALL Accor, Accor’s powerful booking platform and loyalty program, and Uber announce a new strategic multi-market loyalty partnership designed to enhance their customers’ travel and everyday lifestyles.

The partnership between Accor and Uber improves the customer journey by seamlessly connecting hospitality, mobility and delivery. Together, Accor and Uber are improving the travel experience by making it more connected, flexible and rewarding, whether for business or leisure travel, far away or closer to home.

This deep and ambitious multi-market collaboration introduces a seamless connection of accounts, open to all customers and members of ALL Accor and Uber. It also represents new opportunities to earn ALL Accor points, and exclusive benefits for members of both platforms

With a launch in key markets in the second half of the year, the partnership will first include Uber and Uber Eats delivery services in France, Germany and Poland. Additionally, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Morocco will offer benefits for Uber ride services.

“Our partnership with Uber marks a crucial strategic milestone for ALL Accor, reinforcing our commitment to building the most rewarding and comprehensive loyalty ecosystem. It also illustrates our strong loyalty partnership strategy and its evolution. By seamlessly weaving ALL Accor into your daily journeys – from essential commuting to convenient deliveries – we are fundamentally redefining how loyalty enriches your lifestyle, far beyond the traditional hotel stay,” said Alix Boulnois, Chief Commercial, Digital & Tech at Accor.

“Uber is at the heart of your travel experience. With Uber One, we are also building one of the most valuable daily membership programs, seamlessly connecting mobility and delivery. Partnering with Accor brings travel and everyday life together in a way that is more convenient, rewarding and ultimately valuable to our shared customers,” said Madhu Kannan, Chief Business Officer at Uber.

Anchored by a seamless account connection between Uber and ALL Accor, the partnership expands the power and value of both partners. Key features include:

Enhanced travel experience: Members can seamlessly access Uber mobility and food delivery services through ALL Accor’s digital ecosystem, from their home to future hotel stays.
Rewarding everyday travel: Members earn ALL Accor points for their Uber rides and Uber Eats deliveries, making everyday mobility and dining more rewarding. And Uber One members get extra benefits.
Exclusive Status Boosts: Members benefit from reciprocal membership access, providing ALL Accor status upgrades to annual Uber One members and extended free trials of Uber One memberships to eligible ALL Accor members.
This partnership increases the flexibility and value of ALL Accor, giving members new opportunities to earn points in their daily lives and travel plans. Points earned can be redeemed within the ALL Accor program through the extensive global hotel network, restaurants, experiences and more than 110 partners, in accordance with the ALL Accor program terms and conditions.

From arrival to departure, Uber supports every stage of the journey: airport pickup, rides to and from hotels, discovering dining experiences through Uber Eats, and reliable transportation during a stay. By integrating Uber’s services into the ALL Accor ecosystem, this partnership provides additional convenience and continuity for travelers, bridging the gap between hospitality, delivery and mobility.
