New luxury hotel “The Yacht” opens in Herzliya marina, expanding Israel’s offering of coastal hospitality | News

A new luxury hotel, The Yacht, has opened at Herzliya Pituach Marina, introducing a large-scale waterfront property designed to serve both tourists and business travelers along Israel’s Mediterranean coast.
The hotel, part of the Fattal hotel group portfolio, was designed by Israeli architect Ilan Pivko and is inspired by nautical design. The structure features tiered decks, wide balconies and unobstructed views of the marina and the Mediterranean Sea.
The yacht features 325 rooms and suites in 12 categories, offering a range of accommodations for couples, families, groups and business travelers.
On-site amenities include two restaurants serving modern Mediterranean cuisine, a 50-metre outdoor swimming pool and a spa expected to open at a later stage with wellness offerings and sea views.
The property also features flexible meeting and event spaces, including a ballroom for up to 400 guests and rooftop venues overlooking the marina, designed for conferences, receptions and private events.
Herzliya Pituach is located just north of Tel Aviv and is known for its beaches, marina and concentration of hotels, restaurants and business centers. The addition of The Yacht further expands the area’s capacity to accommodate international tourism and business travel.
“The yacht offers travelers a new way to experience Israel’s Mediterranean coast, reflecting a broader trend in demand for waterfront destinations and internationally-oriented travel experiences among southern US travelers,” said Lorin Maugery, Consul Director of the Israel Ministry of Tourism, US Southern Region.
