At the Florida-Caribbean Cruise Association (FCCA) PAMAC Cruise Summit last month on board Carnival Glory, Tova Hamilton, newly appointed Minister of State for Jamaica’s Ministry of Tourism, highlighted the critical role of tourism – particularly cruise tourism – in expanding opportunities for local participation and economic inclusion.
