Spelling, 52, was behind the wheel in Temecula, California, when her vehicle was struck by a driver who allegedly ran a red light while speeding.

Authorities said three ambulances took Spelling and all seven children to a hospital, where they were treated for cuts, bruises and concussions.

“We’re doing well, but it’s been really overwhelming,” she later shared on Instagram.
