Rebecca King-Crews’ Parkinson’s Diagnosis: Everything You Need to Know

Rebecca began experiencing symptoms in 2012, including numbness in her foot and shaky hands. However, it took three years before she was officially diagnosed.

Terry and Rebecca waited years to see a USC neurologist diagnosed her in 2015. She began taking medications as her symptoms worsened, but the medications also caused side effects.

“To see her go through what she’s been through over the last 10 to 12 years has been very, very difficult,” Terry admitted. Today. “The tremors, the no sleep, the loss of balance. To see her write her name for the first time in three years, let me tell you, man – I don’t know what to say. I get choked up just thinking about it because she is the rock of our lives.”
