Prince Harry and Meghan Markle complain about royal life during Oz tour

He said: “When I was invited to speak at this summit, I wasn’t sure if I was expected to speak as someone who, despite everything, has his act together.

‘Or as someone who, no matter how it looks, doesn’t actually have his affairs in order.

“But I was struck by something very simple: my experiences may be unusual, but the feelings that accompany them are not.

“In my experience, loss is disorienting at any age.

“Grief doesn’t go away because we ignore it. If you experience that as a child while sitting in a goldfish bowl under constant supervision, yes, it will have its challenges. And without purpose, it can break you.”

Harry continued: “There have been many times when I have felt overwhelmed.

‘Times when I felt lost, betrayed or completely powerless.

‘Times when the pressure – both external and internal – felt constant.
