Only murders in the building, 48 hours

Hulu led this year’s CrimeCon Clue Awards, winning two major categories: “Only Murders in the Building” won the award for outstanding scripted series, while the streamer’s “Girl on the Run: The Hunt for America’s Most Wanted” took home the award for outstanding docuseries.

They were among the winners of the 2026 edition of the Clue Awards, which were announced Saturday evening during the CrimeCon event in Las Vegas. Former “Dateline” correspondent Chris Hansen, now host of “Takedown With Chris Hansen,” hosted the ceremony. The three-day CrimeCon, held this year at Caesars Palace, recognizes true crime content across TV, film, podcasts and publishing.

Jeffrey Epstein survivors Jena-Lisa Jones, Haley Robson and Courtney Wild received this year’s Crimefighter of the Year award. Jones, Robson and Wild were recognized for their work in The Survivors, Inc., which focuses on supporting survivors of sexual assault. Becky Patty, Mike Patty and Tara German, the families of Abigail Williams and Liberty German, presented the 2025 award.

Law&Crime also announced the 2026 winners of “America’s Greatest Detective”: Tara Augustin and Alyson Dupouy, detectives with the Montgomery County Police Department in Maryland, who helped solve the Leslie Preer cold case.
