Before joining NMB, Harding worked at NMB for almost nine years Movement Mortgage as senior vice president and director of credit risk and credit quality. She previously held various leadership positions Wells Fargo Mortgage.

“I am beyond excited to join the NMB family,” said Harding. “Not only do the company’s core values align with how I operate at my core, but I’m also inspired by our lending purpose: helping families advance their homeownership. This is clearly a company of people who really care about business results, but also about each other. People really matter here.”

Company founder and chairman Richard Steinberg said Harding’s experience in credit risk and product development will support NMB’s continued growth.

“Traci’s professional experience, along with her dynamic, production-based mindset, is a perfect combination for NMB’s commitment to operational excellence,” said Mary O’Sullivan, Chief Operating Officer of NMB. “The management team and the entire NMB family are very excited to welcome Traci to Nationwide Mortgage Bankers.”

A longtime Charlotte resident, Harding has worked in credit risk management, policy development and loan quality assurance throughout her career.
