Hilton Expands Lifestyle Presence in China’s Yangtze River Delta with Two New Hotels | News


Hilton has announced the signing of a Curio Collection by Hilton hotel in Nanjing and a Tapestry Collection by Hilton property in Wuxi, expanding the presence of Hilton’s lifestyle brand in Jiangsu province. The signing reflects the company’s continued investments in the Yangtze River Delta and its commitment to meeting the growing demand for distinctive, experiential stays in sought-after destinations. These hotels will join the upcoming Xi Zhe Wuxi, Curio Collection by Hilton hotel, which will debut in the region later this year.

The opening of the Curio Collection by Hilton hotel in Xianlin, Nanjing will comprise 232 rooms and marks the brand’s debut in Nanjing. Part of Curio Collection by Hilton, each hotel has been carefully selected for its unique character, offering guests authentic, one-of-a-kind experiences rooted in the destination. Located in the Qixia District, the hotel will draw inspiration from the local culture and environment to create a strong sense of place, aimed at both leisure and business travelers. The hotel is expected to open in 2028.

The opening of the Tapestry Collection by Hilton hotel in Wuxi marks the brand’s debut in the Yangtze River Delta. Located in the heart of Huishan New Town, the hotel will transform an existing U-shaped building into a 150-room property that reflects the character of the neighborhood through thoughtful design and locally inspired storytelling. Part of Tapestry Collection by Hilton – known for its vibrant, independent spirit – each stay offers guests an authentic connection to the destination. The hotel will target travelers seeking distinctive, luxurious experiences and is expected to open in 2028.
