Celestyal Journey celebrates its first call to Agios Nikolaos, Crete | News

Celestyal has marked a new milestone in its commitment to the Mediterranean, with the Celestyal Journey making its first visit to Agios Nikolaos, Crete with 1,260 guests.
The call, which took place on May 12, 2026, is part of the cruise line’s seven-night ‘Idyllic Greece’ itinerary. Celestyal Journey will visit the port an additional 21 times during the 2026 season, which runs through November.
To mark the occasion, representatives of the destination and local authorities were welcomed on board by Captain Angelos Vasilakos and the crew.

The seven-night ‘Idyllic Greece’ cruise sails round-trip from Athens and calls at Kusadasi, Turkey; Rhodes; Agios Nikolaos; Santorini; Mykonos; and Milos.
Prices currently start from £729 per person as part of Celestyal’s ‘Iconic Sale’ campaign, which runs until June 30, 2026. The promotion offers savings on the line’s Mediterranean and Adriatic program for 2026 and 2027. All fares include meals, soft drinks, WiFi, port fees and gratuities.
