Century 21 is expanding in Massachusetts through acquisitions

Everywhere brand Century 21 is expanding its presence in Massachusetts. Thursday is the Century 21 Custom Home Realty affiliate announced the acquisition of the Mansfield, Massachusetts-based company Monarch Real Estate Group.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Due to this acquisition, the company now has 60 brokers and four offices.

“Bringing Monarch Realty Group into the CENTURY 21 Custom Home Realty family will provide its member agents with advanced systems and tools and enable them to deliver exceptional value to their clients, while tapping into the cache of the most recognized name in real estate,” Deb Flanagan, the broker-owner of CENTURY 21 Custom Home Realty said in a statement.

Monarch Realty was founded in 2008 by the company’s lead broker, Ruth Dipietrantonio, after completing a two-decade career in healthcare.

“While the two careers may seem very different, both are focused on serving the needs of people, and over the past fifteen years I have made delivering exceptional service a hallmark of our company,” said Dipietrantonio. “Now, at a point in my career where I would like to take a step back from leadership, I am so excited to see how the legacy we built with Monarch Realty Group continues to flourish under Deb and Naomi’s leadership .

“I am confident that their philosophy of combining a people-centric approach to real estate with the ability to innovate and implement today’s latest solutions will deliver tremendous value to clients and strengthen the value proposition of our member brokers.”
