The terrace on the Corniche
Astor’s Brunch
Every Saturday, The Terrace on the Corniche presents Astor’s Brunch, an elegant afternoon inspired by the celebrated social traditions of Caroline Astor. Combining fine dining, lively entertainment and attentive hospitality, the family-friendly gathering invites guests to continue enjoying exceptional cuisine in a vibrant yet sophisticated environment.
Guests are welcomed with signature cocktails and elegant canapés, including caviar blinis and cold canapés, before discovering a bountiful selection of international flavors. Highlights include The Cheese Lab featuring artisan cheeses from more than seven countries, an Asian station serving sushi, dim sum and freshly prepared wontons, in addition to live stations dedicated to homemade pasta, meat carvings, Indian tandoori and smoked barbecue specialties.
Throughout the afternoon, the Zodiac Trolley serves a collection of distinctive cocktails, while live entertainment and a dedicated children’s play area create an atmosphere where families and friends can come together and celebrate the weekend together.

Now available daily in July, Summer Sunrise Bliss invites guests to start the day with a relaxing breakfast at The Terrace on the Corniche before enjoying seamless access to the sophisticated surroundings of the Nation Riviera Beach Club.
The breakfast menu celebrates timeless morning favorites alongside contemporary classics, from made-to-order omelettes and perfectly prepared Eggs Benedict to freshly baked breads and pastries, complemented by the restaurant’s signature avocado toast. Served in the elegant surroundings of The Terrace on the Corniche, it provides a thoughtful start to a relaxing summer day.
From there, the experience flows effortlessly to the Nation Riviera Beach Club, where a temperature-controlled pool, premium lounge chairs and a private area provide a refreshing environment in which to unwind, all accompanied by the attentive hospitality that defines the St. Regis experience.

New for July, Catch at St. Regis introduces Summer’s Catch, a limited-edition four-course menu inspired by coastal flavors, tropical fruit and the understated simplicity of contemporary Japanese cuisine. Carefully curated for the season, the menu celebrates premium seafood, vibrant seasonal ingredients and bright summer flavors through a collection of dishes that capture the lightness of summer.
The menu starts with Sun-Kissed Watermelon, combined with spicy ponzu, lemon balm and calendula, followed by Golden Coast Hamachi with avocado puree, lime zest and yuzu gel. Seabass Odyssey follows, bringing together freshly caught sea bass, prawns and Kalamata olives, before Sunset Pearl Bliss ends the menu with Victoria pineapple, sago pearls and coconut yuzu ice cream. Three spritz-style summer cocktails complete the offering, each carefully crafted to complement the menu’s vibrant seasonal flavors.
