Nomad Hilton Singapore to open end of 2026 | News

NoMad Hilton Singapore will open in late 2026, marking the brand’s debut in Asia Pacific. The hotel will embody NoMad’s signature approach to luxury hospitality, with three distinctive dining and bar concepts plus a poolside lounge for immersive dining and cocktail experiences across the 19-storey property.
Located in the vibrant heart of Orchard Road, NoMad will bring New York-style glamor to Singapore with NoMad Grill, celebrate the city’s lesser-known cabaret heritage through The Tropicana Club, and introduce a new soft-serve-meets-cocktail concept with Sticky Fingers.
Each with a unique identity, atmosphere and culinary philosophy, NoMad’s distinctive hospitality perspective will introduce a range of new F&B offerings to the city, effortlessly combining elegance, indulgence and relaxation through accessible sophistication. Each location offers an evolving service from day to night, inviting guests to connect and immerse themselves in carefully curated food, drinks and social experiences – from the hotel reception to the rooftop.
NoMad Grill: A sophisticated blend of classic brasserie and quintessential New York chophouse, the NoMad Grill is designed to feel both timeless and inviting. Celebrating exceptional dry-aged meats from around the world, prepared over wood fire, alongside pristine seafood and seasonal produce, moments at the table will nod to New York’s grand food traditions, reimagined for Singapore. Refined brasserie classics bring a taste of NoMad’s origins to Singapore, balancing old-world elegance with the energy of the downtown core.
Sticky Fingers: Overlooking Orchard Road, Sticky Fingers is a new concept from the NoMad brand, bringing a playful new energy to Singapore’s food scene. During the day, house-made gourmet soft-serve sundaes are created, inspired by classic nostalgia, sprinkled with grown-up decadence. At night, the space transforms into an intimate cocktail bar where desserts and drinks intersect through inventive combinations and unexpected flavor combinations. Offering a whimsical journey that combines casual enjoyment with evening indulgence, Sticky Fingers offers an evolving menu featuring local ingredients.
The Tropicana Club: The Tropicana Club is NoMad’s vibrant craft cocktail bar, inspired by the golden age of cabaret and the exotic glamor of Havana in the 1940s and 1950s. Influenced by both Havana’s legendary Tropicana Club (1939) and Singapore’s own groundbreaking Tropicana Club (1953), the venue reinterprets the spirit of these iconic destinations through a contemporary NoMad lens.
At its core is a cocktail program rooted in the great classics of the time – Martinis, Daiquiris, Manhattans and Cuban cocktails – alongside tropical drinks inspired by Havana, elevated with ingredients and influences from Singapore and Southeast Asia. Combined with live music, curated DJ sets and NoMad’s signature approach to hospitality, The Tropicana Club is designed as a vibrant social destination where cocktails, culture and connection come together from day to night.
Lú Bar will become an additional poolside venue, offering a tranquil retreat with lush greenery and soft furnishings. Guests can enjoy aperitivo cocktails and refreshing drinks during the sun-drenched days, with artwork and design nods celebrating the symbolism of the heron.
Combining immersive dining and cocktail experiences throughout the property, NoMad reflects and evolves the city’s dynamic and diverse culinary culture, delivering a globally influenced hospitality approach tailored to Singapore’s modern lifestyle.
“Singapore is one of the most exciting food and drink cities in the world. Our goal is not simply to bring NoMad to Singapore, but to create something that feels truly connected to the city and its culture. Each venue is designed with its own identity and energy, while sharing the warmth, generosity and sense of occasion that define the NoMad experience. We want these spaces to become destinations for travelers and locals alike,” said Leo Robitschek, global head of bars and hospitality development, Sydell.
Leo Robitschek leads NoMad’s global cocktail program and has garnered international accolades, including the James Beard Award for Outstanding Bar Program and recognition on the World’s 50 Best Bars list.
In addition to Robitschek’s leadership, NoMad announces the appointment of Josh Harnden as global culinary director at NoMad. Harnden brings more than twenty years of culinary leadership in Michelin-starred restaurants, internationally renowned hospitality groups and concept-driven openings. His career includes a defining stint at Eleven Madison Park, where he served as Partner and Creative Culinary Director, and includes roles at One White Street, The Noortwyck and early roots in NoMad NYC kitchen. Harnden will oversee the continued evolution of NoMad’s culinary identity globally, shaping the menu direction, operational standards and the creative approach that defines the NoMad experience, and will play a leading role in NoMad Singapore’s F&B development.
