A robbery has been caught on camera in Santa Cruz… committed by an otter!
It was just about the cutest heist you’ll ever see… The video, posted Tuesday, starts with the otter already on top of the board with the surfer underneath.
In an attempt to remove the otter from the board, the surfer flips it over, sending the otter back into the water, which you would think would be the end… but no! The otter is persistent.
The marine mammal immediately jumps back onto the plate, apparently for good this time, as the little guy seemed very comfortable as the poor ‘victim’ drifted further away.
Oh well… Just another classic case of maritime crime on the wild seas!
