PRISM appoints Lia Prendergast as Vice President of Expansion, Europe and the Middle East | News

Global hospitality technology company PRISM today announced the appointment of Lia Prendergast as Vice President of Expansion, Europe and the Middle East. In this role, Prendergast will focus on developing and scaling PRISM’s luxury aparthotel and hotel portfolio across the region through long-term lease structures and acquisitions. She will work closely with the company’s senior global leadership team to build and expand PRISM’s managed hospitality platform across Europe and the Middle East.

Prendergast brings significant hospitality, operational and real estate experience to PRISM. She recently advised catering company Bob W on European expansion. Previously, she was Managing Director Real Estate, EMEA and General Manager for the UK and Ireland at Sonder. During her time at Sonder, she helped scale the EMEA platform to approximately 2,700 live units in seven countries, with EMEA becoming the company’s best-performing and most profitable region globally.

Prendergast has an MBA from Harvard Business School and previously held strategic positions at McArthurGlen Group, Tesco PLC and PwC. Based in London, she will focus on expanding PRISM’s footprint in key gateway and fast-growing urban markets across Europe and the Middle East.
