RateGain accelerates European expansion with doubled commercial team | News

RateGain Travel Technologies Limited, a global provider of AI-powered SaaS solutions for the travel and hospitality industries, today announced the next phase of its European expansion, with the region accounting for 31.6% of the company’s total revenue in FY2025. Driven by growing demand for AI-powered commercial solutions, RateGain has more than doubled its commercial team in Europe and is increasing investments in key markets to accelerate growth.
RateGain continues to strengthen its presence in Spain, DACH, the UK and Benelux, while expanding investments in France and Italy, which have emerged as strategic growth markets. The acquisition of Sojern, completed in November 2025, has further strengthened RateGain’s position in Europe by giving travel and hospitality brands access to an integrated suite of marketing, distribution and demand intelligence solutions.
The company focuses on deepening customer relationships, accelerating product adoption and helping hotels and travel companies drive revenue growth through connected, AI-powered commerce technology.

“Europe is one of the key growth markets for RateGain, and we continue to see strong demand from hotels and travel companies looking to modernize their commercial technology,” said Oscar Ganuza, Senior Vice President Revenue, Europe, RateGain. “Our focus is on helping customers unify pricing, distribution, marketing and guest engagement through AI-powered solutions that deliver measurable commercial results. As the industry becomes increasingly data-driven, companies are looking for connected platforms that improve visibility, conversion and profitability.”

Growing demand for AI-powered commercial solutions continues to drive customer adoption across the region.
RateGain’s growth is driven by its evolution from a pricing technology provider to one of the largest AI-powered data ecosystems in the travel industry. Central to this strategy is the UNO Direct Stack, which unifies pricing, distribution, marketing and guest engagement into a single commercial platform.
Since its European launch in September 2025, the platform’s adoption has grown steadily, with deployments and pilot programs in multiple markets. Hotels use the solution to improve conversion, increase ancillary revenue opportunities and deliver personalized, multilingual guest experiences.
The European team has doubled in size to support regional expansion.
To support continued growth, RateGain has more than doubled its commercial team in Europe over the past year and expanded its presence in eight countries.
