Hilton has announced the signing and upcoming conversion of Ocean’s Edge Resort & Marina to Hilton Key West Resort & Marina, expanding Hilton’s presence in the Florida Keys. The waterfront resort, located on Stock Island on the eastern edge of Key West, Florida with direct access to the marina, is now accepting reservations for stays beginning July 1, 2026. The property is owned by Sunstone Hotel Investors and will be managed by Hilton.

As part of Hilton Hotels & Resorts, the resort will combine its signature waterfront location with the brand’s signature hospitality, offering guests a masterful stay shaped by striking design, vibrant social spaces, luxurious dining and personalized service. Hilton Key West Resort & Marina will offer 175 rooms, including 86 spacious suites and an array of well-appointed king and double accommodations, designed for a variety of travel styles, whether guests are visiting alone, as a couple or with the family.
