Ioan Gruffudd’s ex-wife Alice Evans slams him for ‘fraternising’ with a lawyer

Ioan Gruffudd‘s ongoing divorce war with ex-wife Alice Evans has taken another dramatic turn – and this time it’s about the Liar star female lawyer.
RadarOnline.com Evans can reveal who that was started from a Los Angeles courtroom last month take pictures from her ex, has filed a new complaint about Gruffudd and his lawyer Andrea Burkhart.
She wrote: “I turned around to see her and Gruffudd talking, smiling and laughing.
“This is of great concern to me as it appears that Gruffudd is helping Ms. Burkhart make disparaging statements about me on her social media.”

Evans also claimed Burkhart “has fraternized” with her Fantastic Four the star’s ex-husband, “has said horrible things about (her)” and “refers to (her) as ‘Malice’ instead of ‘Alice’ in her Twitter posts”.
According to Gruffudd’s ex-wife, she took pictures of Burkhart – not Gruffudd – when she reprimanded in court last month.
She also revealed a series of tweets Burkhart apparently wrote about Gruffudd and Evans’ bitter divorce proceedings.
Burkhart wrote in an April 2023 tweet: “She has been found to have committed domestic violence.”
Another, dated July 2024, reads: “Malice’s own financial disclosures were, shall we say, opaque.”
Another tweet, from August this year, read: “Alice is just lying about her financial situation.”

If RadarOnline.com reported, Evans’ latest lawsuit comes after Gruffudd, 50, a complaint last week.
He accused his 56-year-old ex of it violating a restraining order and “disturbing his peace” by posting “intimidating and insulting” messages on social media about the Welsh actor and his 32-year-old fiancée Bianca Wallace.
While Evans admitted that she posted “mean” messages about the couple in 2021 and 2022 because she was “acting out of emotion after the very sudden end of our marriage,” she also insisted that she had “not violated any court orders.”

She claimed the messages were “general comments about my life, the dissolution proceedings and the legal process in general” and said the messages were “not intended to disturb the peace of Gruffudd”.
Evans added: ‘Gruffudd’s complaints show me that he wants to silence me and doesn’t want me to comment on my life experience.
“Gruffudd supporters also often respond with rants and are rude to me on social media.”

The mother of two, who shares daughters Ella, 15, and Elsie, 11, with the Forever star, has also asked a Los Angeles Superior Court judge to issue her a protective order prior to her court-ordered deposition.
Although Gruffudd has claimed the protective order request is a tactic to further delay the case, Evans insisted this was not true.

Evans, in her last declarationsaid: “I’m happy to make my statement – I’m not trying to dodge my statement.”
She also claimed that she requested a protective order “to ensure that a statement would only address the remaining issues in this case and would not unduly invade my privacy.”
A judge will rule on Evans’ request for a protective order during a hearing on Oct. 8.

Their ugly battle over spousal support and custody and financial support for their two daughters continues.
Gruffudd agreed during a hearing on September 9 to pay $3,000 per month in temporary child support and $1,500 per month in temporary spousal support.
Another hearing, scheduled for February 13, will reportedly solidify a more permanent support arrangement between the actor and his wife.
