Sarah Ferguson abused with cheeky three-word nickname

According to our sources, Ferguson felt increasingly abandoned after she and Andrew were removed from the Royal Lodge on the orders of King Charles, 77, amid the ongoing controversy surrounding Andrew’s association with sex trafficker Epstein.

An insider said the Duchess believed her longstanding loyalty would guarantee long-term protection from both Andrew and the wider royal institution.

The source added: ‘Sarah really thought there was an agreement between them that, despite everything, they would continue to protect each other privately as they had always done after the divorce. Instead, she feels like she had to bear much of the emotional and social damage alone, while Andrew quietly disappeared back into royal protection.”

Friends claim Ferguson now speaks to Andrew far less often than before, despite ‘technically’ remaining in touch with the disgraced royal exile.

A friend said the divisions in their living arrangements had heightened feelings of resentment and betrayal.

They added: ‘Sarah feels Andrew didn’t do enough to help her when they lost Royal Lodge. From her perspective, she has sacrificed years of her life to defend him publicly and privately, ultimately effectively couch surfing while he remains protected by royal structures.
