To complement the live cooking experience, a selection of freshly baked breads including tandoor roti, butter naan, plain naan, garlic naan and laccha paratha are prepared in the tandoor.

The offering is complemented by the Fatteh and Foul Royal Bar, which serves smoked eggplant and mini kibbeh fatteh with layers of yogurt, chickpeas, cumin, garlic and pine nuts.

Finally, no experience at Asateer is complete without a visit to the oven-baked manakish selection of freshly baked open flatbreads topped with seasoned lamb, aromatic za’atar and melted Akkawi cheese.

From 10:00 PM to 3:00 AM, guests are invited to continue the evening with Suhoor, where a live trio, traditional band Oud player and singer, will set the comforting tone of the evening.
