‘Blacklist’ actress Adele Heather Taylor accuses Roberto Orcí of rape in a countersuit

‘The Black List’ actress Adele Heather Taylor responds to allegations of domestic violence from her estranged screenwriter husband Roberto Orci …claims in a new countersuit that she is the real victim…and accuses him of rape and sexual assault.

In new court documents filed by an attorney Michael E. Weinsteinobtained by TMZ … Adele accuses Roberto, who she calls Bob … of sexual assault, physical abuse and more during their relationship.

Adele claims Bob first hit her in March 2018 … when she says the “Star Trek” screenwriter punched her in the face three times while she was in a New York cab.

Adele says the violence escalated from there, with Bob allegedly sexually assaulting and restraining her more than once in May and June 2022.

That same year, Adele claims Bob became violent with her before the Christmas holidays after she tried to leave him. She claims he threw away her bags and her blind and deaf dog. Nigelfrom her car…and then proceeded to physically assault her.

Adele has also accused Bob of threatening to leave her destitute and evict her elderly grandparents from the house they bought for them… even though she insists he promised to care for her for the rest of her life .

She says Bob broke his promise to share his assets with her and support her financially after she had to leave him because of his violent behavior.

Adele – who was previously sued by Robert for domestic violence after he claimed she burned him with hot soup – claims her estranged husband pre-emptively called the police and accused her of domestic violence to undermine her credibility.

She claims that he used the sexual abuse she also experienced as a weapon. During one incident, he reportedly shouted, “You want me to beat you up, right?” That’s what you would like. Yes, you would like to be raped and S**t. Well, okay. Do you want me to beat you up?’

She is seeking no less than $17 million in damages…$10 million for the assault and battery claims and $7 million for her claim that he breached his promise to divide his assets when they separated.
