Time Magazine has released a new version of its November 10 issue featuring President Donald Trump just weeks after the former president criticized the original cover image
The publication released the updated edition, featuring a flattering portrait of Trump, sitting in the Oval Office with his hands clasped under his chin, under the headline “Trump’s World.”
The new photo replaces the previous version, which showed Trump staring at the sky with the caption “His triumph.”
Trump attended Truth Social on October 14 smoking“They ‘disappeared’ my hair… and I had something floating on my head that looked like a little crown. Really weird!” He added: “This might be the worst photo of all time.”
The updated cover accompanies TIME’s in-depth article and interview with Trump about his role in mediating the ceasefire between Gaza and Israel.
Trump, who has graced more than 40 TIME covers, has a long history with the magazine. His latest appearance adds to a decades-long relationship marked by both controversy and fascination.
While some online observers speculated that the redesign was a response to Trump’s previous criticism of the original photo, Time has not commented on whether his comments influenced the change.
