Shannon Sharpe’s sexual attack and battery lawsuit: everything to know

To support her claims, the claimant reminds himself of the incident in September 2024 in which Sharpe went live on Instagram while he had an intimate moment with another woman. Allegedly “pulled” him “away”, so Sharpe flooded her phone with phone calls.
“Sharpe flew in anger when the plaintiff noticed his unfaithfulness against their relationship or called him about his strange activities,” the suit continues.
The submission then refers to an incident in October 2024, in which Sharpe reportedly forced her in a car, brought her to her apartment and sexually abused her. He then forced her to perform oral sex before he raped her anal.
The lawsuit describes: “Sharpe grabbed her head and forced her to look at him while she sobbed. He said at that moment:” Look at this. Look at my arm. I have cold shivers. That’s how good this is. “
In January Sharpe asked the woman to come to her apartment to receive her combined Christmas and birthday present. On her arrival, however, he again sexually abused her and refused to use a condom.
The woman is represented by high -profile lawyer Tony Buzbee, who previously performed on behalf of the accusators of Sean “Diddy” Combing and NFL star Deshaun Watson.
