According to a death advertisement, Blackledge died on March 18 in his house in Newport, North Carolina, and the cause of death remains unclear.
The girlfriend of the social media star posted only a few days after his death: “Missing this sweet boy now. I never thought I would have been here without you. Josh showed me what love really was, even though I am very young. He never brought a smile on my face, regardless of how angry I was on him.
“I never thought I would miss those little arguments that we had absolutely nothing. Josh was so loved by everyone around him, he was a good friend, and above all, the best friend. Josh would do absolutely everything for me, even when he was at his lowest.
“Everyone knew him for his taps and thirst traps, but I knew him for the sweet, great boy who treated me so well. Even after the last few days nothing seems real and I feel all the emotions. I could say so much more about this one man who has a huge place in my heart and always wants you to keep them.
“We miss you so much, Josh. Law on us and keep us safe. “
Black clothes placed his last tap on March 14, just a few days before his shocking death.
In the clip, the young star and a friend hung around in his white pick -up, which he often shared on his platform.
His content consisted of lip-synchronizing videos, clips from his car or just images of Quality Time with his girlfriend and friends.
According to a death advertisement, the young star was a junior in high school, where he was involved in wrestling and track.
The page noticed how he enjoyed being near water and bringing time outside, whether he was fishing or sailing with friends.
It also said, “Joshua will be remembered by those who knew him because of his enthusiasm and love for life.”
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, March 23, 2025 in Camp Albemarle in Newport.
After the news broke out, fans went from Blackledge to his page to pay tribute to the star.
