Zach Bryan and Samantha Leonard got married after less than 1 year

Bryan, 29, was spotted with Leonard in his arms after tying the knot in Spain on Wednesday, December 31. DeuxMoi. In a clip posted via Instagram, the two laughed as they climbed into a waiting convertible before speeding away. The country star wore a tuxedo for the big day, while Leonard stunned in an elaborate wedding dress and carried a bouquet. Both were sports sunglasses.
A representative for Bryan did not immediately respond We weekly for comment.
A day prior to the alleged wedding, Bryan took to Instagram to share a black and white photo with himself and his friends, seemingly teasing the ceremony in his caption with lyrics from Black Eyed Peas’ “I Gotta Feeling.”
“Tonight is the day, let’s make it happen / I got my money, let’s spend it (I guess),” he wrote. “Go out there and smash it, like, ‘Oh my God!’ Jump off that couch, let’s kick it off (I feel).”
Leonard, for her part, shared a video via her Instagram Stories earlier on Wednesday showing her and Bryan landing on a plane.
Bryan and Leonard were first linked in August. The singer made it Instagram official two months later when he shared a sweet tribute to Leonard in honor of her 28th birthday.
“From running the bulls to all the bulls***, today is your birthday and I love you Samantha Marie,” Bryan wrote via Instagram. “To the only woman who in the same day can walk ten kilometers in the plains of Chanel, skydive over the Alps and catch a bigger fish than me. I hope your day was as beautiful as you were.”
Bryan and Leonard’s romance came a year after his tumultuous divorce Brianna “Kip” LaPaglia. The exes were together from summer 2023 to fall 2024.
“Brianna and I [sic] we broke up with each other and I respect and love her with every ounce of my heart. She has loved me unconditionally for a long time and I will always thank her for that,” Bryan wrote in an Instagram Story statement in October 2024. “I have personally had an incredibly difficult year and have struggled through some pretty serious things. I thought it would be beneficial for both of us to go our separate ways. I am not perfect and never will be.”
LaPaglia later shared that she felt “blindsided” by the breakup and then claimed that Bryan was emotionally abusive. (Bryan did not discuss the allegations. We weekly asked for comment at the time.)
After news broke of Bryan’s new romance with Leonard, LaPaglia addressed fans’ comments and shared that she and Bryan’s new girlfriend look alike during an October episode of her “Plan Bri Uncut” podcast.
“The next question is [one] which I got a million times. ‘How do you feel about Zach’s girlfriend looking just like you?'” LaPaglia, 26, began. “I think that’s textbook 101 on narcissism, kind of like what narcissists do. They’re just going to look for a different version of you to date.
She continued, “People say, ‘Are you crazy? Are you angry? Are you flattered?’ I’m flattered to be honest. I dyed my hair so people [would] stop sending me every photo he posts of her, and i blocked him. I don’t want to see this [and] I don’t want to surrender to what he does.”
She added that the “only time ‘Bryan’ comes across my desk is when he’s jumping fences or talking about ICE…when he’s in the news.”
LaPaglia noted that she has her ex “blocked on everything,” so information about him only comes to her through things like “articles” or when she scrolls her TikTok For You page.

‘But his [new girlfriend] Looking exactly like me is crazy,” she joked.
LaPaglia claimed that every time Bryan and Leonard post a photo together, she gets DMs asking why she reconciled with her ex, which is why she dyed her hair dark brown after previously being blonde like Leonard.
“I can’t be compared to someone all the time. It’s exhausting,” she explained. “It’s crazy and weird that he’s dating a new version of me, but who cares at this point?”
Prior to his romance with LaPaglia, Bryan was married to Rose Madden from July 2020 to July 2021. He was also linked to Deb Peifer, but the couple called it quits in May 2023.
