Why Queen Elizabeth went to the Exorcism estate

The incident is said to have taken place in 2000, almost five decades after George VI died in his bedroom at the Royal Estate in Norfolk.

The claims, originally detailed in the private diaries of the late Royal writer Kenneth Rose, have surfaced on the new podcast Queens, Kings and cowardly thingsOrganized by Hardman and historian Kate Williams.

According to Rose, the alleged spooky concern when Royal Personnel began to report unusual activities in the Chamber, described by an insider as ‘deeply disturbing’.

Unable to ignore the increasing fear, the Queen mother, then 100, consulted a local pastor and kept a religious blessing.

Both she and her daughter, Queen Elizabeth, at the time 74, were reportedly present, together with her lady-in-way, Prue Penn.
