United Talent Agency promotes 35 to partner in 23 divisions

United Talent Agency has promoted 35 employees to partner status, an increase that spans 23 departments and multiple offices.

The UTA 2026 Partner Class is hired from an existing group of agents and executives and is credited by UTA CEO David Kramer with championing customers, building teams and supporting UTA’s overall operations.

The promotions took place across multiple divisions, including Filmed Entertainment, UTA LIVE (comprised of Comedy Touring, Music and Speakers), Creators, Klutch Sports Group, Sports and Brand Insights, Sports Media, Publishing, Technology, Strategy and Corporate Development, The Curtis Brown Group, Corporate Communications, IQ and Business Affairs.

The series of recent hires is intended to reflect UTA’s core business and the agency’s newer areas and future as it expands and diversifies.

Kramer made the announcement, saying: “Congratulations to our new partners, whose contributions have been central to our momentum – advocating customers, building teams and advancing our business in a rapidly evolving industry. Their achievements exemplify what sets UTA apart: ambition combined with integrity, collaboration at the highest level and the commitment to always look ahead. Partnership is more than a title – it is a recognition of impact, trust and commitment to our customers and each other. As we enter our next phase of growth, their partnership will play a critical role in shaping the future of our agency.”
