U.S. Virgin Islands Announces Performance Lineup for 74th Annual St. Thomas Carnival Village | News

The U.S. Virgin Islands Department of Tourism, in partnership with the Division of Festivals, announces the highly anticipated lineup for the 74th annual St. Thomas Carnival Village, featuring an exciting mix of domestic, regional and international talent.

Headlined by hip-hop icon Busta Rhymes and award-winning St. Thomas-born duo R. City, this year’s Village concerts celebrate the vibrant culture and musical diversity of the Caribbean and Virgin Islands.

“This year, I am especially excited about the array of artist talent that will take the stage at the St. Thomas Carnival Village,” said USVI Department of Tourism Commissioner Jennifer Matarangas-King. “The Division of Festivals continues to attract globally recognized talent while honoring our longstanding commitment to elevating local artists at every stage of their careers.”

Virgin Islands talent will take center stage during the weeklong celebration, with standout performances from Th3rd, Goyo, Star Martin, Mic Love, Nikki Brooks, Temisha, Shaw HP, Rudy Live, Adam O and Pumpa, highlighting the depth and energy of the area’s music scene.

“The Carnival celebrations in the Virgin Islands capture the spirit and vibrancy of the Caribbean and reflect the traditions and cultural pride that unite us,” said Ian Turnbull, director of the USVI Division of Festivals. “Our focus is to elevate authentic talent and create an unforgettable experience that resonates with everyone who attends.”

During six nights of free Village performances, visitors can also experience legendary acts such as Steel Pulse, soca icons Destra and Alison Hinds, and chart-toppers such as Voice and Full Blown. The lineup also includes an energetic Bouyon Fest with performances from Trilla G, Shelly, Reo and Trev Li.
