Top New York City Broker makes the switch to Corcoran

“Kathy is a fantastic agent, and I am proud that she is sailing at Corcoran,” said Pamela Liebman, the president and CEO of Corcoran, in a statement. “I have no doubt that she will continue to have a major impact on the real estate sector in New York City, especially with the power of the Corcoran brand behind her.”
Murray closed more than $ 1 billion in sales volume during her career. She is also recognized by the Real Deal as one of the top 50 brokers of New York City.
Murray brings her entire team to Corcoran, including officers Noah Meltzer, Lara Schecter and Rafael Vieria. The team will be affiliated with Corcoran’s East Side Office, led by Senior Managing Directors Helen Monti and Tim Rettaliata.
“After 20 years at Douglas Elliman I was ready for a new chapter and to extend how I serve my customers. Corcoran’s global reach, brand strength and leadership in new development made the clear choice,” Murray said in a statement.
“This movement positions my team and I to better serve our customers, whether they buy, sell, invest or develop.”
Murray and her team regularly represent buyers and sellers with their purchase and sale of property of millions of dollars in Manhattan.
In 2024 they closed 47 transaction canties of a total of $ 77.96 million in sales volume, according to Hertess facts. The team is number 56 in the state under small teams for sales volume in the 2025 Realtrends verified Rankings.
