As the only resort in Central Florida to receive a Forbes Five Star recognition, the resort continues to showcase what makes it special through these unique experiences associated with their property and location, including culinary immersions, astro-tourism activities, nature getaways and more.

Daytona Supercar Ride
In partnership with Corsa, this four-hour high-performance adventure takes guests behind the wheel of a world-class supercar of their choice for an exhilarating ride to one of America’s most legendary motorsports venues, Daytona International Speedway. Accompanied by a dedicated vehicle guide, guests can live like a racer and feel the thrill of the open road during this unforgettable driving experience. Available to book HERE, with 72 hours advance reservation required. Available from Wednesday to Sunday in the morning or afternoon. Priced at $1950 per car.

The art of Kobe
Travelers can be immersed in an epicurean gastronomic experience at the MICHELIN-recommended Knife & Spoon, accompanied by the unparalleled taste of authentic Kobe beef. This chef-led culinary journey features live cooking demonstrations and is accompanied by a curated wine pairing created by the in-house sommelier. Guests will also have the opportunity to tour the on-site farm, Whisper Creek Farm, and harvest ingredients for a true farm-to-table dining experience. Reservations possible, but seven days in advance is required. Available on Friday and Saturday from 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM. Price $595 per person.

Space exploration experience
Guests can wander humanity’s greatest frontiers on an exclusive journey through the world of space exploration. The experience begins with a private helicopter from the resort to the Kennedy Space Center and includes behind-the-scenes access, private tours and unique dining experiences where visitors can witness the beauty of the stars and constellations. Available to book with 72 hours notice (seven days before the astronaut meet-and-greet). Prices start at $2,650 per guest.

The Creekside Retreat
Visitors can unplug at the serene Shingle Creek, where a soothing stroll along the water’s edge activates the senses and connects guests with nature. Guests participate in breathing meditation and physical exercises for a harmonious exercise of body and mind. This restorative wellness journey also features a curated tea tasting led by certified nutritionists to highlight the healing power of mushroom and herbal infusions, while allowing guests to be present in nature with views of the crystal blue waters and wildlife along the creek. Can be booked on Wednesday, Sunday and Friday between 8:00 AM – 10:30 AM. Price $495 per person.

The Everglades Expedition
This offering allows guests to explore the wild heart of the resort’s lush 500 acres by private golf cart with a certified Florida Master Naturalist for this guided Sunrise Safari experience to spot wildlife including white-tailed deer, alligators and birds. There are also opportunities to meet water friends on the Eco-Tour on Shingle Creek as guests paddle and kayak along the tranquil waterways to the headwaters of the Everglades. The adventure includes a private gourmet picnic and a curated Grande Lakes Surprise. Can be booked on Thursdays and Sundays from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m., with a reservation made 72 hours in advance. Price: $595 per person.

The junior nature exploration adventure
Designed for younger travelers, the Junior Naturalist Adventure is a daytime immersion for kids to experience the vast natural wonders of Grande Lakes Orlando. Led by the Ritz Kids Naturalist team, travelers will explore the resort’s diverse ecosystems, spot wildlife and learn about the principles of conservation and sustainability. Curiosity, creativity and a meaningful connection with the environment and nature are fueled by insect safaris, fish feeding, an eco-themed lunch and trivia games. Can be booked from Thursday to Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. for children from 6 to 12 years old. Price: $395 per person.
