Forensic pathologist Dr. Michael Baden theoretizes that a chain reaction led to the dead – first hackman, who had a pacemaker, had a heart episode and then Arakawa hit her head in the bathroom while she was climbing for his medicines, possibly caused caused internal bleeding.
In the meantime, the dog of the couple, who was in his crate, may have died dehydration.
