Egypt’s hospitality story is developing rapidly, supported by infrastructure momentum, tourism incentives and policy reforms, and supported by the national agenda of Egypt’s Vision 2030. With a record 19 million tourists by 2025 and forecasts with Egypt’s hospitality sector valued at US$9 billion by 2034the market has both demand and runway.
A key driver of this momentum is the rapid rise of branded residential properties, as leading real estate developers increasingly partner with global hospitality brands to unlock new value in mixed-use and resort destinations. with 45% of wealthy investors interested in the Egyptian real estate market and select branded properties as an important asset class. Reflecting this growing demand, branded homes will be a core focus of the FHS Egypt agenda, with dedicated content, expert insights and targeted networking opportunities designed to turn momentum into results.
The action-packed two-day agenda will feature a wide range of topics covering investment, development and operational performance, including sessions focused on Egypt’s investment prospects, mega projects and incentives, smart tourism and digital transformation, sustainability, capital flows and deal structures, and sector growth in lifestyle, leisure, wellness, restaurants and branded residential properties.
“Egypt’s Vision 2030 helps unlock a new era of opportunity for tourism, and the built environment and hospitality are at the heart of that growth,” said Matthew Weihs, director of growth, The Bench. “FHS Egypt is a space where senior decision makers can meet with purpose, share market information and advancement opportunities, from capital structures and master planning to operations, performance and long-term value.”
