‘Squid Game’ season 3 breaks another Netflix rating record

“Squid Game” has not been surprisingly a hit.

For the second week in a row, season 3 of the Korean drama broke a Netflix record. After breaking the stream list of the most popular non-English-language series of all time in the number 9 position after just three days with its opening of 60.1 million view, the season has now reached 106.3 million views in a total of 10 days. That is more than every Netflix series – in every language – has ever reached within two weeks. And on the non-English list of all time, season 3 has now jumped to No. 3, only surpassed by seasons 1 and 2.

Bij het terugbrengen van Engelstalige shows terug in de mix, stapt “Squid Game” seizoen 3 nog steeds indrukwekkend op en komt alleen achter “Woensdag” seizoen 1 (252,1 miljoen views), “Adolescence” (142,6 miljoen), “Stranger Things” Seizoen 4 (140,7 miljoen), “Dahmer: Monster” (115,6 miljoen), “Bridgerton”, “BRIDGERTON”, “Bridgerton”, “Bridgerton”, “Bridgerton”, “Bridgerton”, “Bridgerton”, “Bridgerton”, “Bridgerton”, “Bridgerton”, “Dahmer:” Moluden) (115.6 million) (115.6 million), “Bridgton”. And each of those titles had 91 days to reach those totals. With “Squid Game” season 3 still 81 days before the last count, it probably seems to jump even more.

With 46.3 million of his 106.3 million views that declined during the viewing window of July 30 of July 6, the season 3 of the Squid Game “was of course the most viewed Netflix title of the week. On the non-Engels graph, it was followed by catching up: Season 2 achieved the second place with 3.9 million views.

The most viewed English language title was generally in the film schedule: “The Old Guard 2”, with Charlize Theron and Uma Thurman, open with 37.5 million views in five days. The release of the film also drove the attention back to his prequel, ‘The Old Guard’ of 2020, who achieved fourth place in the English -language films with 9.5 million views after he first appeared on the graph the week before.
