Sirru Fen Fushi – Private Lagoon Resort has unveiled a calendar of culinary and wellness experiences through the end of 2026, with holistic wellness expert Dr. Doshi is welcomed along with Michelin-starred chefs Karim Khouani and Tristan Brandt as part of the ongoing Sirru Icons Series. The series brings high-profile collaborators and world-class talent to the Maldives, transforming Sirru Fen Fushi into a stage for iconic moments and memories.
Holistic Wellness and Energy Management with Dr. Doshi
August 1 to October 31, 2026 and December 1 to February 28, 2027
Internationally recognized holistic wellness consultant and founder of Energy Masters, Dr. Doshi returns to Sirru Fen Fushi for an extended residency, offering personalized treatments to restore balance between physical, mental, emotional and spiritual dimensions. His approach is based on more than 60 healing modalities and combines ancient healing with modern wellness practices, guided by the five elements: wood, fire, earth, metal and water. Guests can choose from customized therapies including acupuncture, acupressure, Reiki, chakra balancing, sound healing, breathwork, meditation, cupping therapy and energy healing. Signature experiences will be available in 30-, 60-, 90- and 120-minute sessions, in addition to a complimentary 15-minute wellness consultation offered to guests throughout the residency period.
Michelin star culinary residences with chef Karim Khouani
October 28 to 30, 2026
The culinary program kicks off with the debut residency of Chef Karim Khouani, the two-Michelin star chef behind Restaurant Texture in Copenhagen. Recognized with four Falstaff forks and with more than 30 years of experience from some of Europe’s leading Michelin-starred kitchens, Khouani is celebrated for its refined blend of French, Mediterranean and Scandinavian influences, with a culinary philosophy rooted in exceptional ingredients, technical precision and a deep respect for flavour. On October 28, he will join Chef Girish Sharma of Sirru Fen Fushi for an exclusive six-course four-handed dinner at Azure Restaurant, followed by a signature four-course dinner on October 30. Set in the elegant overwater setting of Azure, guests will embark on a gastronomic journey that highlights the unique perspectives of both chefs through a series of beautifully curated dishes.
Four-handed festive dining with chef Tristan Brandt
December 29 to January 2, 2026
Chef Tristan Brandt returns to Sirru Fen Fushi for a second residency and will appear in the resort’s festive program, The Constellations of Moments. Formerly Germany’s youngest two-Michelin-star chef, Brandt, who trained under some of the country’s most respected culinary masters and has helmed renowned restaurants in Germany and Switzerland, is recognized as one of Europe’s leading culinary figures. His residency includes a six-course four-course dinner with Chef Girish Sharma on December 29, followed by a signature four-course dinner on January 2, 2027, giving guests the opportunity to experience his signature culinary philosophy amid Azure’s elegant overwater environment.
