A city in New Mexico was closed by historical, deadly flashy floods … with a shocking video that showed a house that drives away in the flowing water.
Heavy rain led to the record-causing floods in Ruidoso-a small village about 180 miles away from Albuquerque and as you can see, the damage is surprising, with powerful floods so strong that they wore a house downstream.
He hears bystanders craving breath while the house is taken by the current, which mowed tall trees on its path.
The floods tragically took the life of a 4-year-old girl, a 7-year-old boy and a man between 40 and 50 years old, according to a statement from the village.
The three victims “were swept downstream by the unprecedented flood water that hit the area,” according to the statement.
Of course, the NM floods come on the heels of the Catastrophic floods in Texas … where at least 111 people died and more than 170 people miss.
