ServiceNow’s acquisition of Moveworks is reportedly being reviewed over antitrust concerns

The acquisition of Enterprise AI Startup MoveWorks ServiceNow is said to draw the regulatory investigation into the regulations.

The acquisition is currently being assessed for Antitrust by the US Department of Justice, According to BloombergThose sources quoted that are familiar with the issue. The probe started in June, Bloomberg reported, and both companies have since received a “second request” in which additional information is called to be provided before the deal can move forward.

ServiceNow announced that it acquired Moveworks for $ 2.85 billion in March. At the time, Serviceenow predicted that the deal would close in the second half of 2025.

Moveworks refused to comment. TechCrunch has contacted Servicenow for more information and will update the article if the company responds.
