Rosie O’Donnell trashes former ‘The View’ cohost Elisabeth Hasselbeck

The comedian made her comments about Hasselbeck, 48, during an appearance on Sunday, October 5, at the Ricki-Lee, Tim and Joel podcast, during her first visit to Australia.

“I can’t believe this woman, after all I’ve done for her, because when I took that job I made one promise to myself: that I wouldn’t be her enemy, that I would meet her as a person,” Liberal O’Donnell said of putting aside any political differences with conservative Hasselbeck.

The Sleepless in Seattle star joined the show as a moderator in June 2006, while Hasselbeck came on board in November 2003.

“She came to my house, she was in my pool, she brought her little kid, I brought her kid Sesame Street Live“I took her to her first Broadway opening,” O’Donnell explained of trying to interact with the Rhode Island native.
