reclaim debuts luggage delivery service in the US | News

reclaim, a startup that provides transportation, logistics, supply chain and warehousing solutions, is launching the first luggage delivery service in the U.S. at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport in Atlanta.
From January 2, reclaim will gradually launch its baggage delivery service for passengers flying from the world’s busiest commercial aviation hub to any of the 220 domestic and international destinations it serves. The first feature offered is carry-on baggage delivery from the door to the pre-security airport lobby. In the first quarter of 2026, the company will add Remote Baggage Check-in to its product portfolio and expand operations to other US cities. With these services, Reclaim wants to fill a gap in the market, because it makes flying easier and hassle-free.
Akmann Van-Mary, CEO and founder of reclaim, explains: “We are launching the first luggage delivery service in North America. Our mission is to make travel easier, lighter and stress-free by collecting travelers’ luggage from their homes, hotels, offices or apartments, delivering it and handling airport check-in for them. At the same time, companies that partner with us can from
airports to airlines and accommodation providers, will improve the experience for their customers
while you benefit from additional additional income.”
How it works
Travelers can book the luggage delivery service at helloreclaim.com. A collection team will arrive at the specified address in one of the cities where the service is available to collect the luggage six hours before departure. The operators validate the customer’s identification at the time of transfer and match it with an active boarding pass for the flight. Each of the bags is sealed with tamper-resistant tracking tags that allow travelers to monitor the entire process at every stage in real time via Reclaim’s mobile app, via SMS or email updates. reclaim’ luggage delivery service is TSA compliant and includes basic insurance for each of the pieces. In addition, travelers can book comprehensive protection insurance online.
“Time is precious,” says Van-Mary. “Then why stand in line at the airport instead of enjoying the destination and attending your business meetings or conference? A smoother travel experience increases customer satisfaction and loyalty; it also makes the entire process more efficient for business travelers.”
Future expansion
Reclaim’s business model is designed to grow, not only by adding new services and partners to its portfolio, but also by expanding its network to other cities in the US and Canada. The startup is currently working on integration projects with the TSA and eleven airports. Hotels, credit cards, loyalty programs and airlines are some of the other potential partners in the pipeline.
reclaim’ service will also help manage the large amount of luggage belonging to athletes and guests during the 2026 FIFA World Cup and the 2028 Olympic Games in Los Angeles. Likewise, it solves baggage handling problems at major conferences or events.”
